The platform is revolutionizing the hiring process by allowing companies to post 30-second video job descriptions and enabling candidates to apply with 30-second video resumes through an intuitive double-tap experience. Faster than LinkedIn and more authentic than traditional job portals, InSeconds.app is creating an "Opportunity Feed" where attention drives real-world outcomes. The platform extends its reach to sectors like real estate, automobiles, SaaS demos, local services, and skill training.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive (Sales). The executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and managing client accounts, and building successful long-term relationships. They will collaborate with the sales team to design strategies, ensure achievement of sales targets, maintain an updated client pipeline, and provide excellent communication to promote the company's platform and value propositions effectively.
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Business strategy and planning
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms is advantageous
- Prior experience in tech startups or SaaS-based sales is a plus
