Job Description
InfiJobs LLC is a fast-growing IT services and staffing company working with global clients. We specialize in providing talent and technology solutions and are expanding our sales team. We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Executives who want to build a long-term career in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and pitch IT services and staffing solutions
- Generate and manage leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
- Coordinate with recruitment and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
