Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales in premium projects in the lighting industry. The role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting leads into successful lighting projects. This position requires close collaboration with design and project teams to deliver customized solutions and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in architectural, commercial, residential, and industrial lighting projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants
• Visit project sites, understand lighting requirements, and coordinate with the design/technical team for proposals
• Prepare and present lighting proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate project documentation, CRM records, and client databases
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

Requirements

• 34 years of experience in lighting, home automation, architecture, construction industry ,or project-based B2B roles
• Experience in coordinating with architects, interior designers, consultants
• Exposure to premium residential or commercial projects in lighting industry is a plus
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication , good presentation skills, and attention to detail
