Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with at least 3 years of previous experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, managing them through the buying/selling process, and meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for developing relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales in a competitive market.t.


Key Responsibilities:


Proactively respond to incoming inquiries from various channels including digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Engage with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.

Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties. Guide clients through the buying/selling process from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective lead conversion, client engagement, and strategic selling efforts.

Arrange and conduct professional property tours and site visits. Highlight key features, pricing, and local amenities to support client decision-making.

Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and sellers to secure win-win agreements. Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and on time.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

Provide clients with accurate, data-backed insights for informed decisions.

Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and disclosure documents. Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing communication.

Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track client interactions, and schedule timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports.

Engage and manage channel partners to drive property sales. Share project details, ensure timely follow-ups on shared leads, and maintain strong professional relationships to achieve mutual sales targets.

Collaborate with fellow agents, developers, marketing teams, and legal professionals to deliver a seamless and efficient sales process


Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.

Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets, along with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market segmentation.
