Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who understands fashion, storytelling, and customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales across online and offline channels, building client relationships, and representing the brand ethos.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive daily sales through store, WhatsApp, Instagram & website inquiries
  • Handle customer interactions (DMs, calls, walk-ins) with a premium brand experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships & repeat customers
  • Assist in styling clients and suggesting outfits based on occasions
  • Manage and convert social media leads (especially Instagram)
  • Coordinate with operations for order processing & dispatch
  • Maintain knowledge of latest collections, fabrics, and craftsmanship
  • Support in pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand events


Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Interest in ethnic wear, handloom, or sustainable fashion
  • Familiarity with Instagram selling / D2C brands
  • Customer-first mindset with a keen eye for styling
  • Basic understanding of CRM / order management is a plus
