House of Aksur is a premium multi-designer store curating contemporary occasion wear and accessories across menswear and womenswear categories.
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who understands fashion, storytelling, and customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales across online and offline channels, building client relationships, and representing the brand ethos.
- Drive daily sales through store, WhatsApp, Instagram & website inquiries
- Handle customer interactions (DMs, calls, walk-ins) with a premium brand experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships & repeat customers
- Assist in styling clients and suggesting outfits based on occasions
- Manage and convert social media leads (especially Instagram)
- Coordinate with operations for order processing & dispatch
- Maintain knowledge of latest collections, fabrics, and craftsmanship
- Support in pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand events
- 13 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail sales (preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Interest in ethnic wear, handloom, or sustainable fashion
- Familiarity with Instagram selling / D2C brands
- Customer-first mindset with a keen eye for styling
- Basic understanding of CRM / order management is a plus
