OTE 1.2L 2L/month | Base 20K + 10% Commission
Mumbai | Hybrid (Office + Remote)
Bedroom Mastery operates fast-growing coaching brands in mens health and performance. We help clients solve real health problems and transform their lives through structured coaching programs.
We are scaling aggressively and building a high-performance sales team to handle strong inbound demand.
This is a performance-driven role with very high earning potential for serious closers.
- Premium coaching programs priced 50,000 80,000
- Inbound consultation calls (no cold calling)
- Transformation-focused health programs
- Warm leads from paid funnels and bookings
You are not selling products.
You are guiding life-changing decisions.
You will speak with inbound prospects, understand their problems, build trust, handle objections, and enroll them into our coaching programs.
This role requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, and high ownership.
- Conduct 1-on-1 consultation calls with inbound leads
- Understand client problems and recommend suitable programs
- Close high-ticket coaching enrollments
- Handle objections confidently and ethically
- Follow up with prospects via calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM updates and pipeline tracking
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Participate in daily training and performance reviews
- Fixed Salary: 20,000/month
- Commission: 10% of net revenue
- On Target Earnings: 1.2L2L/month
- Top performers earn significantly higher
No income cap for high performers.
