Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is located in Indore. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, guide them through property inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, handling negotiations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. This role also involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, sales strategies, and property valuation
• Ability to conduct market research and provide data-driven insights
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
