Role Overview
We are looking for an experiencedSales Executive Growth & Partnershipsto support the growth of multiple market-ready products within the PSI ecosystem.
This role is suited for professionals who:
- Preferrelationship-led and consultative sellingover transactional approaches
- Are comfortable engaging with decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles
- Want their work to have adirect impact on revenue, partnerships, and business growth

The role begins with a commission-based structure , designed as a practical starting phase for both sides. A successful performance during the initial engagement creates a clear pathway toward a retainer and commission structure, offering greater stability and long-term continuity.
This model reflects what has worked consistently for us in the past. Historically, professionals have joined us in consulting or execution-focused capacities and progressed into senior, strategic, and leadership roles as the businesses scaled.
