Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, presentable Sales Executive to drive business growth within the IT, IoT,

and Surveillance sectors. You will act as a key liaison for institutional and corporate clients, identifying

new opportunities and fostering long-term strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Proactively visit and engage with prospective clients, including government offices, educational institutions, corporates, and SMEs.
  • Relationship Management: Lead the full sales cyclefrom initial lead generation and client follow-ups to maintaining robust customer relationships.
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of our advanced services (CCTV, ELV, AI-Deep Tech) under senior guidance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and presales teams to develop customized quotes and technical proposals.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain daily activity reports (MIS), update the sales pipeline, and ensure end-to-end deployment of sales processes.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors degree (B.Tech, MBA, MCA, BCA, or Diploma) in any relevant discipline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong foundational knowledge of IT, IoT, or Surveillance systems in a B2B sales context
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with the professional etiquette required to interact with high-level government officials and corporate executives.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales documentation.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
  • Attributes: Self-driven, highly responsible, and capable of managing complex tasks independently.
