During the COVID-19 pandemic, Green Planet Solutions innovated a specialized incinerator to address the challenges of disposing of biomedical waste safely.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Responsibilities involve identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships to understand their waste management needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, achieve sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires working closely with the team to implement strategies for business growth and attending client meetings for business development.


Salary range: Rs 30000 to 35000 per month. Based on Experience.

Candidates must have their own laptop and vehicle


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Experience in client relationship management and effective communication
  • Understanding of waste management solutions or related industries is advantageous
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing engaging presentations and proposals
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
