Job Description

Position Title: Channel Sales

Department : Sales & Business Development

Location : Delhi, Indore; Bangalore

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Sales Channel Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Sales with proven experience in the water

pumps or water processing or water treatment, or filtration industry sector. The incumbent

will be responsible for developing and managing distributor and reseller networks, driving

sales through channel partners, and implementing go-to-market strategies to strengthen

our presence in the filtration and cartridge solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and

resellers to expand market reach.

Sales Execution: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through

effective channel management and demand generation activities.

Market Penetration: Leverage water pumps, water processing, water treatment, or

filtration industry sales expertise to build robust distribution models

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong business relationships with

distributors and resellers, ensuring loyalty and long-term engagement.

Trade Marketing: Drive channel visibility through reseller schemes, promotions, and

merchandising strategies.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and channel schemes;

provide insights into strategic decision-making.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain,

customer service) to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales forecasting, and

performance reviews of channel partners.

Key Requirements

Education : Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering background.

Experience : 3-5 years of channel sales experience in water pumps, water

processing, water treatment, or filtration industry/water treatment/processing, water

pumps, or filtration industry

Industry Transferable Skills : Strong exposure to distribution network management,

reseller/dealer handling, and secondary sales planning.

Skills : Excellent negotiation and relationship management, strong analytical and

problem-solving ability, proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting,

ability to drive reseller loyalty programs and trade schemes.

Competencies : Results-driven, agile, persuasive communicator, and able to work in

a fast-paced environment
