Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:- 

  • Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.  

  • Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals.  

  • Takes the lead in the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices across the organization.

Operational Efficiencies:-

  • Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Travel Agent Partners and distributors) and monitoring performance (Individual and overall) on a daily basis.  

  • Implementation, feedback, and co-ordination on various promotional and incentive programs launched by the product team  

  • Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy  

  • Assist in the implementation of Promotions and below-the-line activities in conjunction with the Business Head for new acquisition of customers across segments. 

  •  Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities) in the region to drive the business targets of the region 

  • Work closely with the inventory team to activate bus operators as agents / maintain price parity both online and offline and bring in the best pricing and commission to the B2B channel  

  • Develop a good mix of retail agent base for bus and bus hire bookings.  

  • Coordinate and follow up with all cross-functional teams.  

  • Strengthen relationships with existing / new business partners & other relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:-

  • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness.  

  • Maintains awareness of new and emerging trends in the B2B segment.

Educational Qualification: - Any Graduate (MBA is preferred)

Exp Minimum and Maximum: - 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B  Sales

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: -

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.  

  • Ability to understand complex products and explain them in simple language to user basis situations.

  • Customer-centric and able to manage multiple priorities.  

  • Pleasant action-oriented personality with career orientation.  

  • Good command of the Local language and English.
