Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to manage client acquisition, develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication and experienced in handling sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Good to have:
- Experience with GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT
