Our FMCG division, called "MaVi", is set to rapidly scale in the upcoming year, bringing innovation and high-quality wellness solutions to the market.




Role Description


We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate understands the fast pace of the FMCG sector, knows how to build strong market relationships, and can consistently convert opportunities into revenue. You will be responsible for expanding distribution, managing retailers and distributors, driving sales performance, and representing the brand in the field.



We don't need experience or expertise. Just an endless will to learn and a never-say-die attitude.




Key Responsibilities


A sales representative for our new FMCG brand MaVi

Identify, onboard, and manage retail partners in assigned territories

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across SKUs

Execute on-ground promotions, sampling activities, and trade marketing initiatives

Track inventory levels, order cycles, and payment collections

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries



Required Skills


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Ability to manage fieldwork, travel, and high-volume sales environments

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and smartphone-based field apps
