Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored holiday solutions. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, promoting FusionFly's services, negotiating terms, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What were looking for:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales experience, with an ability to meet targets and close deals
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel planning processes
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and lead tracking tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred:

• Prior experience in travel sales, holiday sales, or a customer-facing sales role
• Familiarity with domestic and international travel packages is a plus
