Location: Pusa Road, Delhi Onsite

Compensation: 3,50,000 5,00,000 base + performance incentives up to 10,00,000+

Were looking for a highly motivated sales professional to handle leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels, engage prospective students, qualify them, and convert interest into appointments or enrollments. You are the first touchpoint and most important prospective employee your engagement drives all downstream sales.

Essential Y/N:

• Willing to work onsite at Pusa Road, New Delhi office for six days-a-week?
• No Weekly off on weekends.
• 2+ years sales experience in education consultancy / student counseling?
• Strong communication & persuasion skills?
• Comfortable handling B2C education leads?
• Can manage high lead volumes & timely follow-ups?
• Experienced with CRM tools?

Desirable Y/N:

• Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, or Facebook inbox tools?
• Familiar with student lead nurturing and counseling?
• Ability to track lead quality & suggest improvements?
• Goal-driven, proactive, and independent?
