Summary of the Role and Expectations

1.Primarily responsible for meeting sales targets set by the company.

2.Communicating with clients to understand their travel requirements.

3.Preparing and sharing Tour plan/Itinerary with clients.

4.Preparing quotations and sharing commercials with clients.

5.Negotiating with clients in terms of services and financials.

6. Follow up for timely responses from clients.

7.Co-ordinating with operations and accounts team to ensure smooth handover of sales files.

8.Regular update of Sales MIS.


List of the most important qualifications required

1.Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.

2.Proficient in Hindi & English speaking

3.Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

4.Knowledge about Indian Geography or tourist destinations is a must.

5.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) e-mail writing.
