Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage candidates for IT, Engineering, and Business roles in the U.S. job market.

Assist candidates with resume building, interview preparation , and overall grooming for client submissions.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, documents, compliance, and background checks .

Coordinate closely with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding, marketing, and placement activities .

Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales/revenue targets .

Build strong and long-term relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor .

Stay well-informed about U.S. hiring trends, visa types (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.), and market demands .
