Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, well-organized, and tech-savvy Sales Executive for our Gurgaon location who will play a key role in student admissions, lead management, and digital engagement. This role bridges communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Follow-Ups & Admissions Support

Contact and engage with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins).

Invite potential students to visit the campus for counselling sessions, kitchen tours, and demo classes.

Build trust with leads by explaining courses, certifications, and career pathways.

Schedule campus visits and maintain follow-up timelines.

2. Lead Tracking & Reporting

Create and maintain a structured follow-up and tracking format (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).

Record lead status, interaction history, visit schedules, and conversion outcomes.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports with

management.

Ensure no lead goes untracked or unattended.

3. Tech-Savvy Content Coordination

Shoot short-form videos and photos with chefs and faculty based on provided direction.

Share content with the marketing team for use on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Sales / Marketing preferred).

13 years of experience in sales, admissions, education counselling, or service industry preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, Sheets.

Well-organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

Passion for food, hospitality, and creative environments is a plus.
