Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the pharma sector. As a Sales Engineer, he will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting complete range of DYNA products.
Functions:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the varies industries in given regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Pharma manufacturers, Contractors, Consultants, and Regulatory Agencies.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective negotiation.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, with a focus on revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements related to indoor air quality and cleanroom technology.
Authorities:
This position is authorized to take techno-commercial decisions within approval matrix in favour of DYNA to secure valuable customer and to grab competitors strong-hold customer.
Responsibility:
This position is team contributor and is responsible for growth in sales of DYNA Products in assigned territory
Growth & Development:
This position can be mentored to take Branch Managerial Role in future
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features and specifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Lanaguages know English, Hindi, regional language
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
