JobSummary:

Sales Executives will drive revenue growth by proactively sourcing new customers and nurturing relationships with existing ones. They excel at understanding customer needs, presenting tailored DreamFolks solutions like premium lounge access programs, overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and closing high-value sales through outbound/inbound calling and relationship management.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound/Inbound calls target to qualified leads using provided systems
• Follow standardized sales scripts while adapting to customer responses and objections
• Ensure handling the customer queries with accurate information
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, budget, and purchase readiness. Present the product & pricing clearly
• Handle common objections (price, trust, timing) using approved rebuttals and closing techniques
• Process sales transactions accurately through CRM/payment gateway
• Schedule follow-up calls and maintain detailed call notes/dispositions in CRM
• Achieve daily call volume targets and monthly sales quotas
• Update customer database with accurate contact details, preferences, and interaction history
• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations (TRAI DND, call timing restrictions)
• Actively participate in daily team huddles, weekly training, and process improvement discussions.
