Sales Executive – Domestic Market

We are looking for a Domestic Travel Executive (India Inbound Services) to manage end-to-end domestic holiday packages for travelers visiting destinations across India. The role involves itinerary planning, hotel & transport coordination, costing, supplier handling, and customer support.

• Handle India inbound domestic package inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Design customized itineraries for destinations across India
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local vendors
• Negotiate rates and prepare competitive package quotations
• Confirm bookings and manage reservations (hotels, transport, sightseeing)
• Ensure smooth execution of tours from arrival to departure
• Handle guest queries, amendments, and on-tour support
• Maintain booking records, vouchers, and operational files
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or any discipline
• 14 years of experience in domestic travel operations or inbound services
• Strong knowledge of Indian destinations (North, South, West, East)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi required)
• Proficiency in MS Office and email coordination
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

• Salary: 18,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)
