Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our security services across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in Mumbai and surrounding regions.

Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new business leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific security needs.

Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to prospects.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met post-sales.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position Doga Protections services.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

13 years of experience in B2B sales & B2C, preferably in security services, facility management, or related industries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a result-oriented approach.

Familiarity with Mumbais commercial and residential landscape is a plus.

Ability to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork.
