Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role located in Ludhiana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and identifying suitable product offerings.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for nuts and dry fruit products across retail outlets, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, distributors, and potential clients.
  • Monitor product availability, placement, and visibility in stores.
  • Collect feedback from retailers and customers regarding product demand and preferences.
  • Understand and explain food labels, ingredients, and nutritional information to customers and partners.
  • Communicate the health benefits and quality standards of the companys products.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the internal team.
  • Maintain records of sales visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales performance and field activity.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 13 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food products, or dry fruits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct field visits and manage on-ground sales activities.
  • Basic understanding of food labeling and nutritional information.
  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
