Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring and managing mutual fund distributors, driving platform adoption, and supporting business growth through inside and outside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and onboard new mutual fund distributors (MFDs) through field visits and inside sales efforts
Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors to drive repeat business and AUM growth
Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support
Drive platform adoption by educating distributors on features, benefits, and value propositions
Plan and execute field visits, partner meetings, and distributor engagement activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business goals
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and distributor data
Coordinate with internal product, operations, and support teams to resolve distributor queries
Collect market and distributor feedback to support product and process improvements
Skills & Qualifications:
36 years of experience in Mutual Funds, AMC sales, or FinTech sales
Strong understanding of mutual fund products and distribution ecosystem
Proven experience in inside sales and field sales roles
Ability to manage distributor relationships and achieve sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Graduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
