Role Overview-

Were hiring a strong field-sales professional to drive B2B and B2C sales across Kerala. This role involves daily onsite meetings, solution pitching, proposal closures, and building long-term customer relationships for digital signage hardware + software + complete solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting meetings demos proposals negotiation closure handover
• Drive sales for:
• LED/LCD display solutions (indoor/outdoor)
• Digital signage players & complete deployments
• Asta CMS (subscription-based content management)
• Kiosks / Interactive displays (as applicable)
• Meet customers onsite regularly (retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, corporate, dealerships, etc.)
• Build & maintain a strong pipeline using CRM/Google Sheets with weekly reporting
• Coordinate with internal team for quotes, technical inputs, project timelines, and installations
• Identify partners/resellers (B2B) and manage relationship + repeat business
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings, proposals, closures, and collections

Must-Have Requirements-

• 2+ years of sales experience in relevant industries (Digital Signage / AV / IT hardware / CCTV / networking / display solutions preferred)
• Bachelors degree (any stream)
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (speaking + writing)
• Comfortable with daily travel for onsite client meetings across Kerala
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Able to work independently and consistently follow up with leads

Preferred (Good to Have)-

• Prior Digital Signage / LED / AV / Display sales experience
• Existing network/relationships with decision-makers in Kerala (retail chains, hospitals, schools, builders, dealers, etc.)
• Note: We value your network and relationshipsno need to share or bring any confidential/proprietary client data from previous employers.
• Own two-wheeler/car and valid driving license
• Experience handling government/enterprise projects is a plus
