Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Industry: Events and Exhibitions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue target
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to participate in event
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trend
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential client
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship packages in alignment with company policies
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and revenue report
- Provide regular sales performance updates to management
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in events or exhibitions
- Strong understanding of the exhibitions and trade show industry in Dubai and the Middle East region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
