Job Responsibilities:

• Provide information about our services to clients and prospects.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and customer queries.
• Work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 13 years of telecalling/customer service experience.
• Experience in the medical line is preferred.
• Previous experience in the veterinary industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
