Dazor Construction & Interiors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development in Interior & Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and revenue growth
Handle complete sales cycle lead generation to deal closure
Manage domestic & international clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations & site visits
Coordinate with design, estimation & execution teams
Review BOQs, quotations & technical specifications
Negotiate contracts, commercial terms & timelines
Achieve sales targets & growth KPIs
Required Skills & Experience:
25 years experience in Interior / Construction sales
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Understanding of BOQs, drawings & project scope
Excellent communication & client handling ability
Knowledge of interior materials & execution process
Experience with international clients preferred
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
Bachelors degree in Business / Architecture / Civil / Interior
