Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, establishing relationships with clients, and staying updated with market trends. The Sales Manager will also handle client queries, negotiate deals, and coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in architecture & interior design)
• Atleast 2-3 years of BD or sales experience ( in luxury interior design)
• Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
• Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
• Ability to maintain exceptional client relations
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers and project managers)
• Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
