Sales Executive (CRM/ERP Sales) - Inside sales | Immediate Joiner | 3-5 years experience

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with 35 years of experience in CRM/ERP software sales and inside sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B selling, cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand client business requirements and position CRM/ERP solutions effectively.

Preferred Location: Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Promote and sell CRM/ERP software solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients.
• Understand client business processes and recommend suitable CRM/ERP solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos with the technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in CRM.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Handle client objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for campaign follow-up
