Job Description

Role: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: Sales Lead


Role Purpose

The Sales Executive at CricClubs will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, outreach,

and business generation through proactive communication. The role requires a highly motivated

individual who loves interacting with people, can manage leads across time zones, and thrives on

achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Communication

Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp minimum of 100 calls

and 200 messages per day.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cricket clubs, associations, and organizations

globally.

Engage with potential clients across different time zones; flexibility in working hours is a must.

Communicate CricClubs value proposition effectively to convert inquiries into sales

opportunities.


Sales Operations & Documentation

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline

progress.

Track and update CRM systems with contact status, next steps, and outcomes.

Ensure consistent follow-ups until leads are closed or disqualified.

Prepare reports and share performance insights with the Sales Manager.


Business Development & Strategy

Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and creative outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client requirements.

Represent CricClubs in online demos, presentations, and customer meetings.

Demonstrate a make business out of nowhere mindset by spotting and converting

unconventional opportunities.


Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized in managing tasks.

Ability to work flexible hours to support international clients.

Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
