Sales Executive Corefit Plus Pilates Studio (Head office) (Full-Time)

Location: C-17, Lower ground floor, Soami nager south, South Delhi, .

Experience: 01 year (Freshers Welcome) Salary: 15,000 25,000/month (based on experience & interview)

Working Hours: 8-9 hours/day | 5-6 days a week

As we expand, were looking for aSales Executive who can assist our Sales & Marketing Manager, handle client interactions with confidence, and become the voice of our brand.

Job Summary

As aSales Executive , your primary responsibility will be toeducate, guide, and support clients through their Pilates journeymaking sure they understand the unique benefits Pilates has to offer while ensuring they receive top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client calls and respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Educate prospective clients about Pilates and its wellness benefits.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong engagement with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager for daily tasks and campaigns.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and maintaining records.
  • Propose membership options based on client needs and goals.
  • Contribute to creative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming studio environment.

Requirements

  • 12th Pass or Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident in talking to clients and handling multiple chats/calls simultaneously.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and fitnessespecially Pilates.
  • Basic knowledge of Pilates or willingness to learn.
  • Customer-first mindset with a polite, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and CRM processes is a plus.
