Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Role Summary:

The Inside Sales Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with corporate clients, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets without field visits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Engage with prospective corporate clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Follow up consistently to close sales and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update and manage client data accurately in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or corporate/B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional approach to handling corporate clients
  • Strong follow-up and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude


Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in B2B or corporate inside sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
