Role OverviewThis is a pure sales and client acquisition role . The Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound calling, converting leads into booked consultations, and driving revenue. This is a target-driven, performance-oriented position with clear daily activity expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily from the office
- Professionally pitch Reavivas services to prospective clients
- Convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and appointments
- Accurately update call outcomes and lead status
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Exceptional spoken English only
- No grammatical errors and clear pronunciation
- Strong confidence and persuasive communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales targets
- Willingness to work in a fully on-site role
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 03 years of experience
- Prior exposure to sales, telesales, hospitality, wellness, or luxury services is an advantage
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused
