Role Description

We are hiring for Sales Executive who understands chess, speaks confidently, and can convert interest into enrollments. This is a full-time role focused on engaging chess players, parents, and learners, explaining our offerings clearly, and driving revenue growth.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, understanding their chess goals, recommending suitable coaching programs or products, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

A strong passion for chess is non-negotiable. Candidates with offline tournament experience will have a clear advantage, as credibility matters in conversations with serious players and parents.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Business Development
• Active chess player with offline tournament experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Understanding of Sales Strategy and ability to meet targets effectively
