ABOUT BIOTASTIC HEALTH SYSTEMS

Biotastic Health Systems is a fast-growing wellness and biohacking brand building science-backed recovery and longevity solutions, including cold therapy, red light therapy, and heat-based wellness systems. We operate across B2B and D2C channels and are scaling rapidly with a lean, execution-focused team.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who can consistently convert leads into revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong ownership, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle: from first customer interaction through successful installation and post-sale satisfaction.


Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Experience: 1-3 years

Pay scale: 3.5 - 4.5LPA depending on experience + Performance based incentives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Ownership & Revenue Growth

  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets and translate them into clear daily and weekly action plans.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, including lead intake, qualification, progression, and closure.
  • Ensure rapid response times, disciplined follow-ups, and zero lead leakage.
  • Conduct discovery calls, consultations, and solution-oriented sales conversations.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and structured follow-up communication.
  • Maintain real-time CRM hygiene- no duplicates, clear next steps for every lead.
  • Own the customer journey from order confirmation through installation and onboarding.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support.

2. Operational Discipline & Reporting

  • Share daily pipeline updates and weekly performance dashboards.
  • Adhere strictly to pricing guidelines, documentation standards, and sales processes.
