Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Panchkula. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include presenting and promoting company products, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and collaborating with other departments to ensure service excellence.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presentations and customer engagement.
• Experience in market research, business development, and identifying sales leads.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to meet sales objectives.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the Hospitality, Industrial, or Janitorial/Sanitation industries is an advantage.
