Sales Executive / Call center (Mortgage Call Specialist) (US Shift-EST)
Location: Ithum Tower, Noida-62 (Onsite)
Experience: 1 years -7 year Experience
Shift Hours: 07:00pm to 04:00pm (IST)
Candidates must be confident on the phone, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and processes exactly.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Call inbound and outbound mortgage leads provided by Cashly
Qualify prospects using a structured script
Ask discovery questions to understand:
Property type
Loan amount
Timeline
Credit situation (high-level)
Urgency
Book qualified appointments directly into the advisors calendar
Confirm appointments via call, SMS, or WhatsApp (as instructed)
Update CRM accurately after every call
Follow up with leads who did not answer or requested callbacks
Performance Expectations
High daily call volume (minimum targets will be set)
Strong contact rate and appointment booking rate
Clear, professional spoken English
Strict adherence to scripts, objection handling, and compliance guidelines
Zero misinformation or promises to clients
What This Role Is NOT
Not cold calling random lists
Not aggressive selling
Not improvising scripts
Not freelancing or part-time multitasking
This is a process-driven sales role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Excellent spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)
Previous experience in:
Appointment setting
Inside sales
Call center roles
Real estate / mortgage / insurance calling (strong plus)
Comfortable speaking with Canadian clients
Ability to follow scripts word-for-word
Comfortable handling objections calmly
Fast learner with strong listening skills
Reliable internet, laptop, headset, and quiet workspace
Strongly Preferred
Experience calling North America (Canada or USA)
Experience using CRM systems
Mortgage, real estate, insurance, or financial services background
Long-term mindset (not short-term gig hopping)
