Position:Sales Executive

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (Onsite)

Experience: 0 - 1 year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 2.4 LPA -2.6 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive either fresher or one year of experience to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Present, promote, and sell our services to customers

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve strategies

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs


Qualifications & Skills

Fresher or 1 year sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

Excellent time management and organizational skills
