This Role

You own the full sales cycle.

From the first call to the customer smiling post-installation that's your territory.

If a lead slips, that's on you. If a deal closes, that win is yours too.

No shared credit. No excuses. Full ownership.

What You'll Do

There's a clear scope and real accountability within it.

  • Respond to leads fast, qualify prospects, and keep the pipeline always moving
  • Run product demos and consultations that convert not just inform
  • Send sharp proposals, follow up relentlessly, and close with confidence
  • Coordinate with the team post-sale to ensure smooth delivery and installation
  • Stay in touch with customers referrals and repeats come from relationships, not luck
  • Keep CRM updated in real-time. No shortcuts, no missing entries
  • Report pipeline status clearly and regularly no one should have to chase you


What We're Looking For

Experience matters. So does the right mindset.

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience wellness, health tech, FMCG, or similar
  • A track record of hitting or beating targets (we'll ask, so be ready to talk numbers)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field

But more than credentials, we're looking for:
