Job Responsibilities:

• Handle franchise sales inquiries and follow-ups
• Connect with potential clients over phone/email/meetings
• Explain business model and benefits
• Maintain CRM and lead reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (franchise/retail preferred)
• Good communication & persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Salary: As per experience + Incentives
