We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to represent Swa in Bangalore and nearby areas, building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F&B scene.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the Bangalore territory.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including cafs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities.
• Plan and conduct regular market visits, product demos, and sampling activities.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experience.
• Track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support business growth.
• Submit timely reports, expense statements, and updates on customer engagement and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or the food & beverage industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with local travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.
• Familiarity with the caf, bar, and hospitality segments is a plus.
