Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive position based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, promoting electrical products and solutions, providing excellent customer service, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires a proactive approach to building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for engaging with clients and presenting solutions.
• Basic understanding of electrical products or materials, including cables, wires, switchgear, and lighting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools or technology is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer-first approach.
• Experience in the electrical or related industry is highly advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
