Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our Lighting Experience Center. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, understanding their lighting needs, showcasing products, and closing sales while delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Lighting Experience Center
- Understand customer requirements for residential, commercial, and decorative lighting
- Demonstrate lighting products, features, designs, and applications
- Provide technical and design-based guidance on lighting selection
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain display standards and ensure proper product presentation
- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support
- Maintain daily sales records and customer data
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- 13 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or showroom sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of lighting products (LED, decorative, architectural lighting preferred)
- Customer-oriented with a presentable personality
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends
- Basic computer skills (billing, CRM, MS Excel)
- Diploma or Bachelors degree (any stream)
- Experience working in lighting showrooms or experience centers
- Knowledge of interior lighting concepts is an added advantage
