Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive to manage outbound and inbound sales activities for the Australian market. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, conducting meetings, follow-ups, and closures. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle while working strictly as per Australian time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective Australian clients

Call marketing-generated and database leads

Introduce company services and understand client requirements

Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria

Fix appointments, demos, and consultations

Conduct sales meetings and presentations

Follow up with prospects via calls and emails

Handle negotiations and close deals

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings in CRM

Achieve daily and monthly call, lead, and closure targets

Coordinate with marketing and senior sales teams

Work strictly as per Australian business hours


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong confidence in cold calling and client interactions

Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and appointment setting

Ability to handle objections professionally

Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems

Strong follow-up discipline and email communication skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and process-oriented


Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience working with Australian clients or markets

Background in real estate, marketing, finance, or service industries

Prior experience in inside sales, BDE, or telecalling roles

Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and calling systems

Daily outbound calls

Appointments fixed and attended

Conversions and closures

Follow-up completion rate

CRM data accuracy
