Aura Birthing Partner is Indias trusted pregnancy and postpartum care center, supporting families from pregnancy to parenting. We offer prenatal fitness services, childbirth education, postnatal support, lactation consultation, and new-born care-empowering parents with knowledge, personalized care, and confidence at every stage of parenthood.


Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Sales Executive for Aura Birthing Partner, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for :


Job Responsibilities Part Time Sales Executive

  • Generate new leads and reach out to potential clients on a daily basis.
  • Share detailed information about Auras programs and address client queries via calls and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with potential clients to assess interest, maintaining a consultative, non-pushy approach.
  • Guide interested clients through the complete registration process and resolve any questions.
  • Regularly update the Sales Tracker Dashboard to monitor progress and client interactions.
  • Categorize clients as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on engagement and interest level.
  • Send daily sales reports and individual call updates to the team as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or customer relationship management (preferably in education, wellness, or parenting services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/sales tracking tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.


Working hours - Daily 3 to 5 hours

  • Time dedicated to calls and WhatsApp - 80%
  • Time dedicated to reports and dashboards - 10%
  • Time dedicated to converting + completing registration - 10%


Salary Structure: On Commission basis
