Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective Industrial clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Clear communication and a target-driven approach are crucial to succeeding in this role. Candidate must be able to conduct sales to Government PSU companies by participating in tendering process and working GEM portal.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new opportunities
• Experience in preparing sales proposals and managing client accounts
• Knowledge of the industrial fasteners sector and its applications is desirable
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a proven track record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
