Job Description

Position Name - Executive / Senior Executive (Sales - Plumbing)

Location - Chennai, Tamil Nadu.


Role & responsibilities-

  • Dealer / Distributor Management
  • Revenue Generation
  • Influencer Management, Engagement of Plumbers / Contractors
  • Dealers / Distributors visit
  • Loyalty Program Management
  • Implementing Sales Strategy
  • Retail and Projects Sales
  • Achieving predefined sales targets, year on year growth and targets
  • Generating primary and secondary sales orders in their assigned territory
  • Communicating and interacting with various dealers regarding product portfolio, features of products and schemes to trade partners and influencers
  • Coordination with depot regarding fulfilment of sales orders and coordination with dealers for billing invoices and follow up for payments.
  • Identifying possible new dealers and converting them into customers.


Preferred candidate profile -

  • Experience in working with Building Materials companies.
  • Preferred candidates from Plumbing, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Paints, Plywood, Laminate, Tiles manufacturing industries.
  • Willing to travel.


Educational Qualification -

  • Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing)


Work Experience-

  • 3-7 years of relevant sales experience (B2C) in building material industries.
