Job Description
Position Name - Executive / Senior Executive (Sales - Plumbing)
Location - Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Role & responsibilities-
- Dealer / Distributor Management
- Revenue Generation
- Influencer Management, Engagement of Plumbers / Contractors
- Dealers / Distributors visit
- Loyalty Program Management
- Implementing Sales Strategy
- Retail and Projects Sales
- Achieving predefined sales targets, year on year growth and targets
- Generating primary and secondary sales orders in their assigned territory
- Communicating and interacting with various dealers regarding product portfolio, features of products and schemes to trade partners and influencers
- Coordination with depot regarding fulfilment of sales orders and coordination with dealers for billing invoices and follow up for payments.
- Identifying possible new dealers and converting them into customers.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Experience in working with Building Materials companies.
- Preferred candidates from Plumbing, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Paints, Plywood, Laminate, Tiles manufacturing industries.
- Willing to travel.
Educational Qualification -
- Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Work Experience-
- 3-7 years of relevant sales experience (B2C) in building material industries.
