Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with an Architecture background to support our events and experiential design projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical design understanding with strong sales skills to acquire clients, manage projects, and convert concepts into successful business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and experiential design.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into architectural/event solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for feasibility and execution.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up consistently.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends in events and architectural design.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil / related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in events/exhibitions).
  • Strong understanding of layouts, structures, materials, and spatial design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-driven with strong presentation skills.
